All our orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR (China).

Delivery Time & Costs

We offer free delivery for orders over HK$3,000 / US$450 / £360 / AU$630 / €450 / SG$600 / ¥57,510
Delivery costs are calculated and added at checkout.

Our average delivery time is around 5-7 business days. Make sure your order is posted with enough time to receive your items, especially if you want to gift someone or celebrate a special occasion.
All orders are shipped under standard service courier. We do not distinguish between standard and express shipping modes.
Shipments to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily suspended.

* We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or a PO box.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the order and destination. It is not calculated base of the total weight.

VAT & Sales Tax

Depending on the shipping destination, VAT and Sales Taxes may need to be added.

For deliveries to USA, UK, Switzerland, EU countries, Singapore and Japan, Shanghai Tang will cover all tax and duty payments.

For all other shipping destinations prices are to be considered exclusive of all taxes and duties. The recipient is liable to all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the shipping destination to release the order from customs clearance on arrival. Please confirm with local authorities for the tax/duties imposed prior to placing an order as we are unable to advise the amount.
